These terms govern use of Keyagain’s website, drawing tools, educational content, and supplied assets. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@keyagain.com.
Using the studio
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to compromise its security, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful content. You are responsible for what you draw and for the final use of your downloads. The editor does not provide legal clearance for trademarks, characters, logos, or other material you choose to depict.
Your work and our supplied shapes
You retain whatever rights you hold in your original contributions. Keyagain does not claim ownership of your personal drawing simply because you use the editor. We grant a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to incorporate the supplied stamp shapes and downloadable reference tiles into personal and commercial finished designs, including physical products, stationery, packaging, and digital backgrounds. You may modify those assets; attribution is appreciated but not required.
Do not claim exclusive ownership of the supplied shapes, register those supplied shapes alone as your trademark, or redistribute them as a standalone competing asset library. This permission does not cover third-party material. We do not promise that simple shapes, generated imagery, or similar designs are exclusive or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Website content and inspiration imagery
Editorial articles, site design, and generated inspiration images are provided for viewing and learning. Unless offered as an explicit download, they are not included in the studio asset license and may not be republished as your own collection. AI-generated inspiration is separate from the actual editor output and downloadable reference designs. Project imagery is not evidence of physical testing.
Save your work
The studio stores one current canvas locally where your browser permits it. Storage can be cleared, overwritten, or unavailable. Export independent copies of work you want to keep. There are no user accounts, upload service, or cloud project backup in the current version.
Accuracy, printing, and availability
The service and content are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results, to the extent permitted by law. Test exported files in your destination application and make a physical proof before committing to production. We may update or discontinue features; previously downloaded assets remain subject to the permission applicable when provided.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, Keyagain is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost local drawings or production expenses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No particular country’s mandatory protections are waived by this wording.
