Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Keyagain handles information when you use this website or contact us. For questions and privacy requests, email support@keyagain.com.
Drawings and device storage
Your strokes, stamps, six-color palette, background, scale, offset, and rotation are processed in your browser. The studio does not upload your drawing to an application server. It automatically saves the current canvas in browser local storage, when available, under the key keyagain-drawing-v1. This is one canvas per browser, not a cloud account or cross-device backup.
Local storage remains until replaced or deleted through your browser’s site-data settings. Clear Canvas empties the drawing but retains settings; to remove all saved site data, use your browser controls. Disabling storage can prevent automatic restoration. SVG and PNG downloads are generated locally. Export drawings you wish to keep.
Website delivery and service providers
HostGator hosting and security infrastructure may process network and technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, request times, and browser details to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors. The site is hosted by HostGator. Provider log retention is controlled by the provider, and we do not specify an unverified fixed period.
We currently request fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends Google the network information needed to deliver those fonts, including an IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy. External links lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Email you send us
If you email support, your address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send are processed by email delivery and storage providers and used to respond, resolve issues, and maintain necessary correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations; you may request deletion, subject to those obligations.
Cookies, advertising, and analytics
The studio uses local storage as described above. Hosting services may use essential cookies or similar technology. Keyagain includes Google AdSense code for site verification and advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize advertising based on those visits. Manage personalized advertising at Google My Ad Center and learn how Google uses information from partner sites. Advertising availability depends on approval and consent choices where required. Keyagain does not install a separate analytics tracker, newsletter system, or public gallery.
Your choices and requests
You can clear local site data, restrict browser storage, and choose what to include in email. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have supplied, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need reasonable information to verify a request. A drawing kept only in your browser cannot be retrieved by us.
Children, security, and changes
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can address it. We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in other countries. We will post policy changes here and update the effective date when the policy changes materially.
